April updates for the Maryland Ornithological Society's State 
Web Site are now online.  Included is a new <italic>Maryland 
BirdReporter, </italic>a list of links to addresses that Maryland birders 
and visitors can use to report rare and unusual species 
sightings to all the appropriate RBA compilers and species 
report editors.
