At my place of employment, I have a gate which is closed nightly. The =
two inch by two inch metal gate is the night roost of a Carolina =
Chickadee. The Chickadee is always about a foot into the metal gate and =
is disturbed every day. I have not checked at a later time to see if the =
Chickadee returns after being disturbed, but each night for the past two =
months the bird has been in the gate. I find it amazing the bird can fly =
into such a small place and then turn around.=20
