Okay! Lastest additions bring us to 188, plus three possible 
new species.  The basic list comes from Marshall, with others 
from Jim S., George J. and others.  Several people reported 
Rough-legged Hawk.

New first sighting reports of 1999 species for the week are:

Phil Davis -- Purple Finch
Tyler Bell -- Purple Martin
Bob Abrams -- Laughing Gull
Black Skimmer -- Alan Deward, Sam Dyke, Betty Pitney
Barn Swallow -- Patty Craig
