Dear all,

To add to Harvey Mudd's extensive discussion of iris color:  Others may 
have already noted the video on larger gulls describing the individual 
variation in iris color of western hemisphere kelp gull.  One kelp gull 
is shown having a pale iris on one side of its head, and a dark iris on 
the other!
