Fran and I arrived about 9:30 this morning to find the Kelp Gull 
sleeping off a surfeit of shrimp, compliments of the Seabreeze 
owner.  When we left at 12:30 the bird had been flying back and 
forth, stretching, preening, eating, and generally putting on a rather 
outstanding show for a rather appreciative audience.

Glad to see all of you that we recognized this morning and a 
belated hello to anyone we didn't recognize.

The "Year of the Gull" proceeds!
