Jim Stasz reported one from Schoolhouse Pond in Upper Marlboro a few
years ago. Despite a massive effort the next several days, it could not
be relocated. The Conowingo bird has been much more cooperative! Other
than Jim's report and this one, I don't believe there are any other
records. The MD/DC Records Committee database shows no current or
pending reports in the update from 9/7/98.
