Hi all -- I was just called by Ottavio Janni from the Safeway near the
Georgetown Reservoir -- he has just seen a California Gull there, probably
the same one as last Sunday's at the Tidal Basin (but not necessarily). In
any case, he called me immediately and asked that I post it to everyone, as
there is a good chance the bird will hang around the rest of the afternoon.

Oh yes, it is an adult bird.

(Naturally, we are hosting a club meeting today and can't get away!)
