Call several, Make sure that you are not buying a grey market item, Make sure that your item has a US warranty! If not, ask what it would cost for a US warranty item. Also you can haggle on the price, i.e. Store A will give it to me at this price and throw in this extra, what can you do for me. Get the ordertakers name and tell him you will call him back. then call another and do the same. You would be surprised at what you can do, just by haggling a little. These order takers want to sell, and they want you to buy from them, they will usually sweeten the deal if you push them a little. Do your research on exactly what item you want, accept no substitutes, make sure that the item is in stock. (pay for 3day delivery, That way they have to get it to you and can't send you a backorder receipt while they use your money) All major manufacturers are usually very good about warranty service.
