I have been wondering the same thing.  I haven't had a chance to get up
there.  I was going today, but with the weather, I probably won't. 

Yesterday, Bob Schutsky told me that there was  a large increase of
birds ( thousands of Common Mergansers, some Hooded Mergansers,
Bufflehead and Bonaparte's Gulls) on the river at his house (In PA just
north of the MD line) and I should check out Conowingo.  Maybe tomorrow.
