The easy way for me is the BW Parkway.  Go towards Balto, you are traveling
outside the beltway.  Just a few miles and 2 or 3 exits you see a sign:
National Wildlife Visitors Center or some such.  Take the exit, continue down
the road a few miles, entrance on right, opens at 10 am I think.  If you reach
the Tee intersection with MD 193 you have gone to far.  Drive through the
young forest a mile or two.  Voila!  The new building appears.  Walk inside
into the display area, at the back is the window viewing the lake and the
gulls.
