Goshawk in DC

Hope I'm not sending this twice.  I think I missed the Voice deadline, so 
I thought I'd post this while it's still relatively current.

On thurs. 12/16 at 4:30 pm, I observed a sub-adult NORTHERN GOSHAWK 
(probably male) on the roof of the U.S. Dept. of Labor building at 3rd 
and Constitution NW, DC, where I work (no, I don't work on the roof).  It 
was seen both flying and perched.
