Dear Kurt,

The downloaded messages came from Todd Day (Jefferstown VA)and turned 
out to be a posting of the Voice of the Naturalist.  Todd contacted me 
and offered his apologies (which he didn't have to do).  Thanks for your 
reply.  I will check this "hotmail" server to see whether there are any 
ways in which I can alter settings so that I can receive such messages.
