Dear 'spreyers:

Once again, Les Eastman, our man on the spot in Harford County (well, 
one of them, anyway), has proffered the invitation to join him for a cold, 
cold morning of birds and a warm and friendly afternoon of chili and good 
fellowship.

The 1999 Edition of the MDOsprey Chili-Fest will take place Sunday, 
January 17 and will be limited to the first 18 folks who let me know OFF 
THE LIST (send e-mail to osprey@ari.net).

Either Les or I will forward directions and times to you as we get closer to 
the date.
