Folks:

I know this isn't tremendously rare (in fact they're really common on
the other side of the Bay!) but I found a Snow Goose (blue phase) in a
flock of Canada Geese foraging in a field at Jefferson Patterson Park in
Calvert County, MD this morning (11/6). This was a new bird for our park
list and I've been looking for them ever since I started working here 4
years ago.
