Virginia Rail at the Smithsonian Institution

Yes, the rail is back (or did it ever leave?).  Last Wednesday, Thursday
and today (Oct 21, 22, 26), the rail was around the outbuilding on
the northwest corner of the National Museum of African Art, and near
the fountain, each time around mid-day.
   My brother who lives in Wyoming was in and I tried to show him the
rail on Saturday--no dice!  As I told him, "It's either there or it's
not!"--a safe proposition, he thought.  However, we did see the
Ovenbird, which thrilled him even more.  He claims he can see a Virginia
Rail "anytime", though he backed down when I pressed him on this.
