Hi, a very quick note 

Paul Pisano just called me from on the road to say that he saw the male
Cinnamon Teal this morning, October 9, at the mouth of Accotink Creek on
Ft. Belvoir, Fairfax County, Virginia, at the same location where it has
been since late last month.  He said it was looking rather red.
