Thank you all for the wonderful postings in response to my 
"why oh why" messages.   The more I learn, the more I love 
birding!  Greg, Marshall, Mark, Wilbur, George, Harvey, and all 
the rest -- you're the greatest. And I certainly keep plugging 
away at pelagics.  This has become a crusade of sorts!

Which brings me to another point...I hope all of you will 
continue to post messages explaining the finer points of 
identification.  I have found these very helpful in supplementing 
readings and field guide work, and I am sure  others do, too.
