Dennis and I went to Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge in NYC for the
Broad-billed Sandpiper.  Got there around 10:45 a.m.  The bird had been
located earlier but had not been seen for 45 min.  It was located about an
hour later.  Good looks at a handsome bird.  Also present -- a Mottled
Duck.
