Fall "Wants"

Now that September is just around the corner, I will be searching hard for 
my target MD bird....buff-breasted sandpiper.  I would appreciate any 
sightings and/or recommendations for worthwhile locales to check.  The
Wilds book suggests Chincoteague or Bombay Hook fields, but lists no 
MD locations.
