The MOS State Web Site proudly presents the following updates for 
August:

1) New quiz photos to challenge your knowledge of MD birding sites.
2) Marshall Iliff's call for Mid-Atlantic region summer sightings for ABA 
Field Notes (due August 15).
3) All MOS checklists now conform to AOU-7th Edition.
4) Learn about the new Claudia Wilds Birdwatcher's Library at Black Hill 
Regional Park.
5) MOS statewide schedule of field trips, meetings and special events for 
the 1998-99 season.
6) Slate of new officers and committee chairs.
