We saw the Virginia Rail at 8:25 this morning. It was in the same area(Enid Haupt Garden) mentioned by other posters. We watched the bird for about 20 minutes from the pair of facing benches behind the northwest corner of the Museum of African Art. It was feeding in the grass, as well as in mulch under the trees. Thank you to everyone who made it easy to find with such good directions. Jim and Bobbie Mills Towson
