Hi, 

I'm back at work and able to access email.  

I heard from people that the Pacific Loon was seen as late as about 3:30
yesterday afternoon (May 25).  

It is a beautiful bird in near full breeding plumage.  And imagine my
surprise at 6:15 am to see it 50 feet from my car!
