This is the Conowingo Dam report for April 12, 1998. Coverage was
by Rick Blom from noon - 2:00 p.m. Water very high, 8 flood gates open,
very few birds at dam.

Black-crowned Night-Heron 3 (nest building)
Double-crested Cormorant 75
Bald Eagle 3 (adults)
Osprey 2
Ring-billed Gull 6
Herring Gull 24
Great Black-backed Gull 11 (all gulls subadults)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher 1
TRuby-crowned Kinglet 2
Yellow-rumped Warbler 2
Palm Warbler 3 (Western)
NORTHERN PARULA 1 (arrival)
Normal complement of resident landbirds.
