question on Delmarva trip

Does anyone know about where can I watch birds from the Chesapeake 
Bay-Bridge and Tunnel beside the fishing pier. I heard about someone 
park their car on shoulder to see birds on all four islands. Is that 
possible. If anyone have information about where can I watch birds on 
all four islands, please sent email, Thanks.
I plan to birding from Bombay Hook down to Chesapeake Bay Bridge and 
Tunnel during Easter break.
