Carl Garner (Greencastle, PA), who is not computer oriented, called this 
evening to say that he saw a male Eurasian Wigeon at 11:30 AM today at 
Long Arm Resevoir, which is a little south of Hanover, York County, PA.

To get to Long Arm Resevoir:  From Hanover's Frederick Street (Route 194 
South), go south on Westminster Road for about 2 miles.  You will pass 
South Hills golf course on the right.  Bear to the left onto Grand 
Valley Road, and the resevoir will be on the right.  Carl saw the bird 
from the second (small) parking area.
