The Mar/Apr issue of the Yellowthroat should be dribbling into your 
homes this week.  Don't forget to register as soon as possible if you 
intend to go to the MOS Annual Meeting in Garrett County--Wisp will 
hold the room block only until the end of March, so quick 
decision-making is required!

Who besides Fran and I will be there ? ? ?   Party in our room for 
all MDOsprey folks!!!
