Review Status of White-winged Crossbills in Maryland

The MD/DC Records Committee Annual Meeting was held today (2/21/1998).  At
the meeting, we voted to suspend the review of White-winged Crossbills in
Maryland/DC ... since this is an invasion year.  

(We just added the species last year ... are there any other species you
would like to see ? ... <grin>)

We have received about six reports so far and we will review them.  (I have
not sent out acknowledgements for these reports, yet ... but I will!)
