Pine Nob Crossbills

I was at Pine Nob road at noon yesterday.  After a windy wait of about 20
minutes, a flock of 20+ Red Crossbills came sweeping over the road, turned and
returned to the pines up the hill out of sight.  I heard them occasionally for
the next few minutes and then the flock, now about 30 to 35 birds flew out
over the road, calling noisily and then disappeared for good.

I also checked watershed HQ and Deer Park Road with no results.
