I have just re-set the configuration of MDOsprey such that only 
subscribers can post to the list.  If you all of a sudden begin to 
experience problems posting as a result, please contact me by 
personal e-mail at osprey@ari.net and explain the circumstances of 
what happened.

Okay, back to the Records Committee Wars!  (Sorry, Harvey, I couldn't 
resist...grin)
