Andy Rabin asks about hunting seasons in Maryland...

Right now, Andy, I believe it's black powder deer season.  The 
complete schedule of hunting dates is usually published each Fall in 
the Washington Post Weekend section...keep an eye out for it in 
September or October.

Your best bet during active hunting seasons, is to bird on Sundays.  
Hunting of any sort is forbidden in Maryland on that day

If anyone else can help out with dates of various seasons, chime in!
