The Maryland Ornithological Society invites you to visit its 
State Web site for December goodies.

There are a large number of updates and some new pages.  So look
around and see what's new.  Find out about Hawkwatching in 
Maryland  and how you can help the Horsehead Wetlands 
Center in Queen Anne's County.  The activities schedule, 
Mid-Atlantic Region ABA Field Notes News, and Yellowthroat  have 
all been updated.  In addition, Member's Corner  now includes 
the Locality List Report Form.  And if you haven't already done 
so,  don't forget take a preview look at the Maryland Partner's 
In Flight publication, "Land Management for the Benefit of 
Birds."

Good  birding to all in the holiday season and throughout 1998!  
A special thanks to all of you who became faithful supporters of 
the MOS Web Site since its creation.  I appreciated all of your 
wonderful comments and suggestions.  Keep them coming!
