Kathy raises a good point.  These lists can often get very, very 
confusing if you don't make an effort to let people know WHO you are. 
The header doesn't always give enough information.  The trailer to 
your messages doesn't have to be complex (I frown on state maps, 
complex quotes, animated birds, and full and complete biographies) 
but it should contain, at the very least, your name, location and 
e-mail address.
