Sounds to me like the Scarpulla man has your Crossbills nailed down for you.  I'll bet you and Fran will get there pretty much hurry quick !

I'm still searching around Cecil County. I'll be out almost all day today (that rotten Blom is catching me again, and forcing me to work at this :-))  If I find anything I'll post.  McCandless did have Reds yesterday near Fair Hill.  I'm starting up that way thismorning and working west.

Are you a betting man ?  Ten bucks says Jim and Marshall will try to make Red Crossbill an addition to their All-County lists, I've just got this feeling.  Best of luck to them, I hope they can !!
