Norm,

   Indeed, it is true.  I don't know why/how the overlap came
to be.  Rock Run CBC began in 1972; I'm not sure when Elkton
started (Gary G???).  Could have begun as just an accident, but
both CBCs are well rooted and will in all likelihood remain as is.
