Les,

Alright, let's tentatively set the date for January 17 and see who 
screams about it.  Actually, the earlier date is probably better from 
a bird point of view.

So far I have Fran and myself, Steve Cordle (and friend, Steve?), 
Paula & Darius Ecker, Manny Barrerra (And JoAnn, as well, Manny?) and 
Joe Halpin signed up.  

Come on folks, we still have lots of room on this trip to Harford and 
Cecil Counties for whatever goodies Les is able to pin down for us 
along the Susquehanna River!  Don't be shy now, ya hear?
