An important point regarding Les Eastman's invitation:  his 
hospitality has become renowned across the state as a result of the 
past six years or so of hosting the Osprey's Nest crowd each winter, 
but his hospitality is NOT limitless.  In the past we have taken 
names on a first-come, first-served basis (with me and Fran at the 
top of the list, by definition...grin) and limited it to some number, 
usually around 15.  

Les, where do you want to cap the sign-up list this year?  You let me 
know and then I'll take care of the tally of folks who want to 
participate.  

Oh, and if you've never been to Les's place for chili after a cold 
morning of birding, you don't know Jack about birding!
