I visited the marina at Harve de grace today from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Tidal flat moderate. Cool, cloudy, breezy.
Pied-billed Grebe 14
Double-crested Cormorant 6

Mallard 100+ (many "dock mallards")

There was a single crow on the flats that had nearly entirely white
secondaries and tertials, except for a small black tip on each feather that
l;argely obscured the pattern when the bird was sittign. It was strikingly
obvious when the bird was in flight.
Exotic note: Yesterday I had a free-flying (and obviously escaped!)
Budgerigar on the telephone lines in the parking lot of the laundromat next
to the 7-11 at the intersection of Rte. 175 and the B-W Parkway in Laurel,
Prince George's County.
