Later, I flushed two more snipe from the other storm water pond at the end of the construction site, but this pond can now only be accessed through the woods. A singing Fox Sparrow in the woods was also a treat. Later, I met with Charlie Kucera, and we visited the Meers Farm (Patapsco Valley St. Park) off of Foxhall Farms Rd., where we saw or heard several more Fox Sparrows, and saw a single woodcock at dusk do a flyby--no displays or vocalizations this evening.
