Bill's post is about Siler's site = (birdingonthe.net), which collects all of the posts to the state lists = in one place (but doesn't let you sign up). As far as I know, there is = no list specific to Northern Virginia, though I would estimate the = majority of posts to VA-Birds are probably from there. You can read both MD-Osprey and VA-Birds there, which is convenient for = a DC resident like me. There is a friendly(?) rivalry, though I must = confess to not getting Norm's "Macy's/Gimbals" reference.
