New arrival for me here was a Gray Catbird. N. Parula was a nice find on the north side of the park, as was a Black& WHite Warbler with lots of Yellow-rumpeds. Earlier in the week I had a singing Prairie Warbler on the south side. When I got home and went out to walk the dog I heard a Yellow Warbler singing from high in a maple tree, then a short while later, there were at least 3 in the willows, one actively singing and feeding. A very gorgeous male in excellent plumage! Thought I heard an Orchard Oriole too, but didn't find it.
