A kind lady spread some white millet in the four wheeler track the larks and longspurs where using to look for food. I left here and went back to Queen Annes co to search the large farm fields there hoping to find a Lapland longspur there no luck though. found lots of Horned Larks , Sparrows, Pipits. MeadowLarks On the ground and the top of a tree,Morning Doves. Most of you will remember a couple of weeks ago or so i posted about the Yellow -Rumped warbler feeding on the Maple Sap from The yellow -bellied Sapsucker wells in the sugar maple in My yard . On Sun feb 9,2003 The yellow Rumped Warbler was Back Eating sap again along with the yellow-bellied Sapsucker new on sun was a Red-Bellied Woodpecker A Carolina Chickadee and a Tufted Titmouse Drinking Maple sap. All fed In a peacefull manner this time unlike the last time when the warbler thought he or she owned the maple tree . They all took Turns .
