A sharpshin that flew right past us 3 feet off the ground was the highlight. Friday was a delightful day with 46 Red-shoulders, 8 in the sky at once kettling like Broadwings. Nine species overall and our first Harriers of the season. 3/14-----3/15-----YTD BV--------0-------2---------34 TV--------0------48-------363 OS--------0-------8---------10 NH--------0-------3----------3 BE--------0--------0----------6 SS--------1--------9---------15 CH--------0-------19--------38 RS--------1-------46--------75 RT--------0--------5---------71 AK--------0---------3--------13 UB--------0--------0---------2 UA--------0---------1---------1 TOT-------2------144------631 HRS------4---------6--------82 Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD.
