The bird was on a honeysuckle vine covering a chain link fence but failed to stay put long enough for a positive ID. This is in the same location that a Yellow-Breasted Chat has been seen for about a month. No Chat today, but the Orange-Crowned was foraging with a mixed flock in some low tangles. I've seen this bird (I presume) before but haven't had as good looks as today.
