Here is what I found yesterday on the Mall: All was fairly quiet. I did find a small feeding flock at the Vietnam Memorial end of Constitution Gardens. It included about a dozen Chipping Sparrows and a Swamp Sparrow, as well as House Sparrows. In the trees were Yellow-rumped Warblers and both a Ruby-crowned and a Golden-crowned Kinglet. I found a (the?) immature Cooper's Hawk lurking around the Tidal Basin, so obviously not much on that side.
