The federal government is considering granting Exempted Fishing Permits
(EFP) to allow the harvesting of up to 10,000 horseshoe crabs from the
Delaware Bay sanctuary for "biomedical and data collection purposes."  The
deadline for comments about this is August 30.  See details and address for
sending comments and obtaining impact statement below.
