DC picked up two additions and one possible new species:

Black Scoter        Bill Dobbins    Potomac R. off Wilson Bridge

Mountain Bluebird      Rob Hilton, Lisa Shannon     Rock Creek
Park   11/12

DC stands at 222 + 2 possible new species, for a total of 71.4%
of the official list.  We are awaiting further word on the
possible owl seen last week.

MD picked up two additions:

Snowy Owl    Paul Pisano    Chesapeake Bay Bridge    10/30
Ash-throated Flycatcher    F& N Saunders  (and friends!)
Assateague Nat Seashore VC   11/11

MD stands at 334 + 5 possible new species, for a total of 80.7%
of the official state list.  We are 4 species below last year's
final tally.
